**The Role**
Due to continued growth and demand for our services, SRG Global Asset Care has an immediate career opportunity for a suitable experienced Inspector to join our team based out of our West Melbourne facility. We know that in this role you will be exposed to a variety of interesting work and environments.

**The day to day**
Our teams love what they do, and when you’re working with us your day could involve:

- Perform Tank inspection (API653 and non-API storage Tanks)
- Performing in-service inspection of pressure equipment including boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping and associated equipment as per the applicable code and client requirements;
- Preparing inspection work scopes including any NDT required, review the equipment history and review all findings;
- Preparing reports for the inspections performed on such equipment to the applicable code and client requirements;
- Performing inspections and quality reviews as required by the applicable code and client requirements for the construction of new pressure equipment including boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, storage tanks and associated equipment;
- Ensuring that the client is fully aware of the range of services offered by the business and leverage where possible;
Forming part of a skilled and high performing on-site inspections team, you will have the support of a progressive and experienced management team and be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments. **The essentials**
We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:

- API653 Certification (preferred) or AICIP / API 510 / 570 Certification (desirable);
- Working knowledge and experience of NDT and Specialist Inspection techniques; Preference for UT/MT/PT certifications;
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and standards associated with the in-service inspection of pressure systems, plant and equipment;
- At least 3 years relevant industry experience with exposure to heavy industrial plant;
