HomeCaring Campbelltown progressively expanding our services and as such we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers who want to work with an impressive organisation and who are committed to lifting the standards of care provided in the community.

Our clients rely on our community support workers to provide their services in a respectful and compassionate manner and in line with their care plan requirements. We are looking for new team members who are dedicated to structuring your work days and hours to assist with delivering the best services possible to our clients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The role will encompass responsibilities related to:
Aged and disability home care services

Assisting in daily living activities such as personal care and self care

Supporting independence, social and confidence-building activities

Social support

for this position we have a range of shifts available

**What you will need to succeed**

You will need experience as a Disability support worker, delivering in home services to clients with complex needs.

You will also have demonstrated experience assisting clients with Mental health.

You are a dedicated support worker with a genuine commitment to assist individuals in reaching their goals and living their best life.

**Qualifications and skills**

To be successful in this role you must have:
NDIS screening check

WWC Check

Home and community care or relevant industry qualification

covid vaccination certificate
Experience in mental health

Minimum of 6 months industry experience in community/ disability services

A current National Police Clearance Certificate

A current First Aid Certificate

A current CPR Certificate

Eligible working rights in Australia

Current Driver's license and a fully insured and reliable motor vehicle

Smart phone

Ability to speak, understand and document English

Being punctual and reliable

COVID-19 considerations:
All support workers are required to wear a mask and appropriate ppe

- Campbelltown NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (required)
