**Eligibility**:
Baseline Clearance or ability to obtain.

**Capability and Facilitator Lead**:

- Provide essential assistance to assurance activities, focusing on guidance development and contractor briefings.
- Deliver impactful training materials for staff and contractors involved in compliance activities.
- Conduct information sessions ensuring effective communication.

**Key Skills**:

- **Stakeholder Management**: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- **Hybrid Environment Expertise**: Proven ability to work effectively in hybrid work environments.
- **Prioritisation Mastery**: Effectively manage competing priorities and align with strategic directions.

**Ideally, you will be capable of**:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- **Adaptive Responsibilities**: Assume additional duties as directed.
- **Communication Proficiency**: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, tailoring messaging for various audiences.
- **Strategic Flexibility**: Adapt to changing priorities and strategic directions.
- **Training Facilitation**: Expertise in facilitating effective training sessions.

**Onboarding Requirements**:
Upon commencement, completion of Cultural Appreciation Training and Disability Awareness Training is mandatory as part of the onboarding process.
