二、独立完成以下工作：

1. 日常邮件管理。

2. 每月的顾问账单流程发起。

3. 指定项目的独立推进。

4. 分析当前市场上的项目信息，迭代及更新研发数据库。

5. 跟踪地产行业的发展最新动态，并做出解读。

**R&D Assistant and Manager**

**Responsibilities**

I. **Assist superiors in the following tasks**:
A. Research and Development as well as Strategic Management

Complete project positioning reports, product strategies, development strategies, and various specialized analysis reports; set directions and standards for subsequent development phases.

B. Design Control

i. Establish work organizational plans and recruit professional consultants across disciplines.

ii. Prior to each design phase, formulate design briefs based on project positioning and product strategies; coordinate and manage outcomes from stage-specific and discipline-specific design consultants.

iii. Advance government approval and permission for the project.

iv. Manage and evaluate expenditure related to consultants.

C. Continuously improve and iterate the R&D and design control system.

D. Assist the land acquisition department in project analysis, highest and best use analysis, calculations, and evaluations.

II. **Independently complete the following tasks**:
B. Initiate monthly billing processes for consultants.

C. Independently advance designated projects.

D. Analyze project information currently on the market and update the R&D database through iteration.

E. Track the latest developments in the real estate industry and provide interpretations.

**Requirements**:
I. Proficient in both English and Chinese.

II. Possess professional ethics and dedication to the job.

III. Self-motivated, able to initiate and drive tasks forward.

IV. Have an understanding and interest in design disciplines, and a willingness to learn about related fields such as marketing, macroeconomics, finance, cost management, and engineering.

V. Hold a degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Design, Interior Design, or related design fields.

VI. Proficient in standard office software and design-specific software (such as CAD, SketchUp, Excel, etc.).

*Compensation and benefits package are negotiable and can be detailed during an in-person discussion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
