- **Permanent Part Time** role located in **Bulleen**:

- Your shifts will be 66.5/60.5 fortnightly splits
- You will assist in supporting our customers with their daily activities and goals through a person-centred approach
- Have experience within disability sector, including experience dealing with high and complex medical needs and behaviours of concern
- Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector
- Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service
- Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
- Have the ability to adapt to various situations
- Have a full VIC Driver Licence
- **An Advanced Diploma of Disability (** **or equivalence**) is required for this role**

**We act bravely**

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
