The Role

Our Smithfield site in Western Sydney, manufactures a range of more than 60 fruit juice, fruit drink and water ice products. The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura and Zooper Dooper.

This is a full-time permanent position in our lab to complete routine laboratory functions to ensure our products meet quality standards. This role works within a dynamic team, has challenging tasks and good environment and opportunities for continual professional and personal development.- Day Shift: 6AM - 2PM- Flex Shift: 10AM - 6PM- Afternoon Shift: 2PM - 10PM- Night Shift: 10PM - 6AM

Responsibilities- Performing Quality check on juice samples which includes microbiological tests, chemical testing, sensory testing.- Operate laboratory equipment, calibrations, data entry, usage of SAP etc. providing high quality and excellent results.- Maintain, implement, and monitor laboratory quality system and adhere to Good Lab practices.- Identify non-conformances and support activities to address them with production staff

About you- Tertiary qualification in a scientific or related discipline- Previous experience in similar role would be beneficial.- Strong data entry skills and experience in SAP or similar software highly regarded.- Commitment to making safety a priority and leading a safety-first culture within the team and across the site.- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
