The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the Business Development Managers in processing orders to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfilment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Confirm payments and delivery of stock and update the CRM.
- Manage customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, order status and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Answer customer inquiries as required and direct to relevant Business Development Manager.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for customer accounts, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Certificate IV or Diploma in relevant field.
- Experience of order processing, financial administration, or sales support from a product-based business.
- Ideally experience from a business with an international supply chain.
- Data entry experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within a growing business.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
