We are on the lookout for a **Finance Officer** who will maintain the organisations overall finances and payroll

**Reports to - **The Directors and The General Manager

The **Finance Officer** will be responsible for:

- Processing and paying invoices
- Manage payroll for employees
- Processing bank transfer requests
- Completing and submitting BAS returns,
- Checking and updating ledger balances
- Scanning, filing and logging account documents
- Updating computerised accounting systems (Xero)

The **Finance Officer** will be:

- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Outcome driven
- Someone who cares about their work
- Able to work autonomously
- Someone with good judgement and communication skills
- Someone who will live our values of safety, quality, teamwork, integrity and innovation
- Familiar with accounting and payroll processes
- Computer literate with excellent skills in Microsoft office and Excel
- Hold an understanding of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

And will hold:

- Current NDIS Commission Module Certificates
- Current Unrestricted Drivers License
- Current NDIS Worker Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain Criminal History Check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Para Hills, SA 5096: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Finance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
