**The Position**
Peninsula Health seeks to appoint a customer centric and growth
- oriented leader to become the General Manager of its commercial arm, the MePACS personal alarm business. The General Manager is responsible for all areas of operational performance as well as building relationships with key stakeholders across government and industry.
Reporting to Peninsula Health’s Executive Director Finance and Commercial (CFO), the General Manager of MePACS will drive organisational agility in a rapidly developing market ensuring that optimal systems, processes and structures are in place to sustain forecasted growth. Developing robust workforce plans will be a key element of the role, as will be exploring new opportunities for growth, innovation and research. The General Manager will interface across Peninsula Health including at Board level.
**The Organisation**
MePACS is a 24/7 fast response personal alarm service responded to by real people, based in Australia. MePACS has been keeping communities safe for over 30 years and is one of the largest personal alarm services in Australia, backed by a Public Health Provider - Peninsula Health. Over 50,000 clients use MePACS to keep them safe and independent in their own homes, offering families peace of mind, whilst also keeping lone workers safer in the community.
