Cash Services Supervisor

As our Cash Services Supervisor, reporting to the Cash Services Duty Manager, you will support the development and training of your team members whilst meeting the needs of our guests in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have experience in the gaming industry and an understanding of our business.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Verify the Main Bank inventory of cash, coin and other items of value
- Receive cash and documentation from Casino Cashiers, change booths, count rooms, non-gaming floats and other operating areas within the property
- Verify daily bank deposits and Fill Bank inventory of primary and other gaming chip inventories and non-gaming revenue
- Oversee and ensure that the operation of Tico Machines (CRT) within the Private Gaming Rooms and Main Gaming Floor is in accordance with policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate staff requirements during each shift to ensure that the demands of the business are met

**What we are looking for**:

- Availability to work on a permanent full-time basis, operating in a 24/7 shift work environment
- Previous experience within a Cash Services environment preferred
- Previous management experience highly advantageous
- Face to face guest service experience with a genuine interest in meeting guest needs
- Ability to lead with integrity and great attention to detail
