**Your role Details**:
While you’ll work closely with a small Team and the managing director, this role does require a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously. Your main focus will be on client and team support. To be successful in this role you will have a bright and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling jobs, using connect teams and coordinating with team members and clients.
- Quoting and assisting inquiries
- Payroll
- Assist with onboarding new clients
**Skills and experience**:
- Administration experience
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- written and verbal
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Previous experience in Xero or finance related software setting is a plus but not essential
- Honest, reliable and flexible attitude
