Tresillian is currently recruiting for a dynamic Nursing Unit Manager to join the Tresillian Belmore Residential team.

Tresillian is excited to offer this opportunity for an experienced Child and Family Health Nurse to join the Belmore team. The NUM is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Centre and takes overall responsibility for the standard of client care in the service. This position is pivotal to the coordination of client care, unit management and leadership of the Residential Nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality client care and efficient use of resources.

The successful applicant will utilise their partnership skills to engage stakeholders including partner organisations and referral agents. They will possess strong contemporary child and family health nursing skills. Professional development and reflective practice will be provided as part of the wrap-around support for those new to management, to enable you to achieve your aspirational career goals.

**Selection Criteria -**_Applicants must address the Selection Criteria:_**_ _**_1) _**Registered Nurse (Current Registration or eligible for registration with APHRA) with further qualification in Child & Family Health. **_2)_** Postgraduate management qualifications or working towards the same; and experience in leadership or management roles in a health setting with a proven ability to manage, supervise and provide leadership to the team; and demonstrate sound judgment in decision making. **_3)_** Considerable experience in contemporary Child & Family Health. **_4)_** Demonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict, creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture. **_5)_** Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and facilitate continuous improvements. **_6)_** Demonstrate high level and effective written and verbal communication utilising Information and Communications Technology appropriately. **_7)_** Experience in developing and/ or implementing organisational change programs.**_ _**_8) _**Demonstrated organisational skills including the capacity to set priorities and work to deadlines.
