Cleaner (Part-time)

PHM Health is in the business of providing services and support to people with disabilities and assisting the community with independence. Our aim is to assist our Participants in the pursuit of their life choices, either in their own home or the community, to enable greater quality of life experiences.

PHM Health provides support services including in-home assistance, accommodation support, and everyday life skill development both on a one-to-one basis and through group support options.

**About the role**:
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work

**Part Time role (15 hours a week).**

You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitising our offices.

**Some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors
- Cleaning windows
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Dusting surfaces
- Scrubbing and disinfecting restrooms
- Emptying rubbish bins and ensuring council bins are ready for collection
- Regularly check cleaning supplies stock levels
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms and kitchen areas, such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels
- Work independently or with a team, follow a checklist to ensure all tasks are completed
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs and perform other related duties to promote a tidy and clean environment for all

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experienced cleaner who will maintain a high standard of hygiene for all PHM Health offices
- Must be willing to travel between Belmore, Hurstville, and Greenacre
- Proven minimum 1 year experience office & housekeeping cleaning
- Knowledge and awareness of WH&S practices
- Ability to carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Hold a current full Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Certificate
- COVID-19 Training
- COVID-19 Vaccinated

The location and hours are as follows:
**Belmore Office**:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - 4.00pm to 6.00pm

Duties: Vacuum & wash floors including stair wells, clean toilets, and kitchen. Clean desks including legs. Empty bins. Clean glass at reception. Dusting as required.

**Hurstville Office**:
Tuesday and Thursday - 6.30pm to 8.00pm

Duties: Vacuum, clean desks, empty bins

**Greenacre Office**:
Friday - 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Duties: Vacuum, wash floors and clean kitchen & bathroom.
