**Job Purpose**:
This position delivers outstanding administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board. We seek an experienced Executive Officer with strong skills for this key role. Previous experience in administration or governance support roles will be highly regarded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO with correspondence, database management, workshop and meetings logistics, and budget preparation support;
- Office management including providing operational, purchasing and IT systems support to the office, liaising with the building management, and managing staff inductions;
- Coordinate travel bookings for the CEO, staff and Board;
- Provide governance support to the Board and Committees including preparing agendas and meeting papers, managing meeting logistics, AGM delivery, and drafting minutes; and
- Other duties as required.

**Selection criteria**:

- Demonstrated excellent Executive Officer skills in administrative, logistics and diary support.
- Strong initiative and highly organised, with an ability to juggle competing priorities and respond quickly and professionally as issues unfold.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong administration skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and database management.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and communication skills including the ability to establish effective and trusted relationships with strong confidentiality and ethics.
