**About the Role**:
As a draftsman for a multitude of projects, you will play a pivotal role in transforming design concepts into tangible blueprints and plans. Collaborating with our team of architects, engineers, and interior designers, you will contribute your expertise to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. From large-scale commercial projects to personalized residential designs and intricate joinery, as well as structural and framing works, your work will have a lasting impact on our clients and the communities we serve.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in commercial, residential, and joinery projects
- Proficiency in using industry-standard drafting software (e.g., REVIT, SketchUp, AUTOCAD) and a keen eye for precision
- A comprehensive understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes to ensure compliance
- Will need to be able to service several different entities as will be managing an offshore team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A keen sense of creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability to meet project requirements
- A strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
