Our client is an Australian-owned company with entities across multiple industries. They are now seeking a **WHS Manager **to join the business.

You will manage the WHS program & continue to build safety culture throughout the business ensuring compliance.

**Your main responsibilities will include;**
- Develop WHS site improvement programs
- Conduct investigations of safety incidents & work closely with relevant authorities to ensure corrective action is implemented
- Communicate effectively the company's vision
- Liase with Senior management in the development & review of safety strategies
- Provide advice on appropriate resources to maintain WHS systems & programs
- Schedule & deliver WHS compliance training to managers, employees & contractors

**Your skills & experience;**
- Min 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven blue collar/FMCG industry experience _highly regarded_
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive change & influence
- Proficient in MS office (excel)
- Experience in investigations & root cause analysis

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- WHS Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
