5 x ICT Support Analysts Required
- Initial 6-month contract (possible 6-month extension)
- Miscellaneous Award applies for this role: Rates from $40.00 per hour are offered (inclusive of superannuation and casual loading) - dependent on skills and experience.
- 8 hours per day - 40 hours per week
- Australian Citizens required
- Baseline clearance preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Locations: Brisbane QLD or Canberra ACT

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake procedural or clerical administrative support or operational tasks including research and analysis activities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on moderately complex operational and administrative matters.
- Other technology management areas: IT infrastructure, network support, configuration management, systems release and deployment, storage management
- Other service management activities: incident management, problem management, asset management

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated previous experience working within either IT Support, User Support or Customer Service.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be accountable for completing tasks allocated and organising workflows.
- Experience using Azure, Entra ID and Active Directory
- Experience providing laptop. IOS and basic hardware support
- (Desirable) IT / Digital / Business certifications and/or training in areas relevant to the role
