- Oversee relationships with 3PL providers and transport partners to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
- Uphold warehouse cleanliness and enforce material handling best practices
- Champion safety and compliance by conducting toolbox talks, training, and workplace inspections
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflow, space utilisation, and labour management
- Lead a culture of accountability, professionalism and high performance throughout the operation

- You’re a confident people leader, with a track record of building and motivating effective teams
- You have strong working knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse planning best practices
- You’re highly organised, operationally focused, and passionate about driving performance through clear KPIs
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working seamlessly across internal teams and external suppliers
- You understand the importance of compliance and are committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
- You are financially aware, with the ability to manage budgets and control operational costs
- You stay up to date with supply chain innovations and are comfortable exploring technologies like RFID, barcoding, and IoT
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
