Business Services Manager

**The Job**:
This hands-on, office-based role requires a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Manager to oversee the management of workflow, supervise team members, and ensure timely delivery of client services. You will provide valuable business advice while taking responsibility for tax and business compliance work. Collaboration with partners and senior team members is integral to maintaining high standards of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals and related entities.
- Oversee bookkeeping duties and assist in establishing entities such as companies and trusts.
- Support in the preparation of _**BAS**_**/IAS** as required.
- Manage client billings related to your work.
- Assist with administration tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the development of internal procedures.
- Supervise and mentor team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting university degree.
- Completed or near completion of Chartered Accountants program or equivalent.

**Skills and Experience**:

- **2+ years** experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in _**Xero**_, **Windows Excel**, **Windows Word**, _**QuickBooks**_, and **MYOB**.
- Strong **communication **skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn new tasks, systems, processes, and software.
- Permanent Australian resident.
