Job Description
- **The Client**
Our client is a major state government department with a number of high-profile service programs in-flight across the organisation.**Benefits**
- 12 Month Contract (view to extend)
- Parramatta location (Hybrid role WFH)
- $1050 Per Day Including Super
- Immediate start

**The Role**
Experienced
- **Scrum Master** to work across a number of project environments. The suite a Scrum Master with either strengths in
- **Coaching & Agile** and/ OR
- **Iteration Management**.
- Taking action to ensure everyone has a voice, inviting opinions from all, and establishing the root causes of issues and tackling them
- Anticipating stakeholder needs, and developing and discussing potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.
- Advising stakeholders on relevant technical issues for their business area.
- Building trust with teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation

**Essential Skills**
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (Essential)
- Advanced Roadmaps experience (Program Management feature set).
- Ability and experience to lead and be the champion for Agile ways of working.
- You will have hands-on experience managing agile projects in line with the SCRUM methodology.
- Guide and educate the team on Agile/Scrum practices
- Lead teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value, outcomes that maximize flow
- Coach teams on agile working, fostering continuous improvement to grow agile maturity
