**About Us**

With Head Office also based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will enjoy the challenge to drive profitable sales for the store by communicating, motivating, and encouraging all members of the store. It's going to be an incredibly busy but exciting role where no two days will be the same and you enjoy dealing with staff and consumers.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Manage and achieve store budgets including sales, wages, margin and key KPI's
- Lead, manage and supervise the team by providing coaching, mentoring, and training
- Maximising sales growth by providing exceptional leadership and customer service
- Provide creative ideas on initiatives, training, staffing and recruitment
- Cash management systems, administration of key financials to ensure the business targets
- Understand strategic plans (covering existing/new products, pricing, industry trends etc.)
- Utilise a variety of reports, sales, gross margin, stock, expenses, net profit
- Build key stake-holder relationships with staff, internal teams, suppliers etc

- Passionate leader with experience training and leading teams
- Customer orientated approach with excellent communication skills
- Store management background with industry experience across retail operations
- Accessible, approachable, and responsive to staff and customer requests
- Time management and capability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Committed to meeting customer needs and provide effective support and solutions
