So much so that we are in need of a new Customer Relations Officer to join our growing team at our Rocklea Branch.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Promote open and regular communication** with the Customer Relations Officers Team.
- **Answer inbound telephone**sales and general enquiries.
- **Translate and data entry** of sales quotes and orders for existing customers.
- **Manage and process**COD customer payments.
- **Use a collaborative approach** to resolve customer issues and complaints.
- **Action**orders in the sales inbox

**To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following**:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary
- Excel Skills Desirable
- Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective Time Management
- Valid full driver’s license
