We're afamily-owned diesel service business in Rocklea looking for an Office Junior to help keep our office and workshop running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Answer incoming calls and take messages to support the workshop team
• Assist with general admin tasks, data entry, and office organisation
• Pick and prepare filters and parts for jobs
• Collect parts from local suppliers when needed
• Help keep the office tidy, including kitchen and bathrooms
• Help with social media updates and posts

What we're looking for:

• Friendly, reliable, good phone manners & communication
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Willing to help out across different areas of the business
• Must have a valid car licence and reliable transport

What we offer:

• $55,000 salary package including car allowance for work-related driving (potentially tax-deductible)
• Flexible hours ideally 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
