Calling all Bartenders

Do you have a passion for all things “Bar”? Do you enjoy the hustle and bustle, the banter and the vibe of working behind a bar during major events and concerts? Do you take pride in pouring the perfect beer and you’re not afraid of getting your hands dirty while working hard?

Then we want to hear from you

We are searching for the heroes of this world, willing to give up their weekends and nights to serve the masses. People who have experience or people who may have never worked behind the bar but feel they have the passion, motivation and willingness to learn to be an asset to our bar crew.

Duties would include:

- Working the bars across all 3 venues: Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium
- Providing THE BEST customer service experience
- General bar duties
- Changing kegs
- Stock control
- Troubleshooting issues
- Cleaning beer lines
- Set up and pack down of the bars

To be successful:

- Must be available nights, weekends and key dates: concerts & football etc
- You must be available for training sessions as required
- Positive, can do attitude
- Quick thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Basic alcohol knowledge
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) is essential

The perks of working for AVM:

- Excellent hourly rate commencing at $34.64 per hour - moving to $36.15 after 50 hours, plus penalties and superannuation
