- **Location: Birtinya, Sunshine Coast**
- We are looking for an Export Documentation Officer. You will be responsible for facilitating on time and accurate export documentation that meets customer and international country requirements.
** ABOUT YOU**
- Efficiently process documents before and after sailing. Complete sets of shipping documents in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients to address any issue regarding documentation and resolve concerns promptly.
- Liaise with customer service for other client inquiries.
- Build great relationships with internal and external customers.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritise your work.
- Export experience is preferred, but not essential.
