Our mission is simple — to provide quick and easy finance and insurance solutions with exceptional customer service every step of the way.
As business continues to grow, we're expanding our Customer Service & Administration team to ensure we keep delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our busy finance team.
You'll work closely with another admin team member and our finance brokers, helping clients with their loan enquiries and supporting the smooth running of the office.
Your main focus will be to contact warm leads (clients who have made internet enquiries or purchased Austrack Campers and other goods from our referral partners) to see if they would like to discuss finance options. You'll then assist by taking finance applications over the phone, collecting supporting documents, and preparing files for our brokers to finalise.
This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who enjoys customer contact, thrives in a supportive team, and takes pride in getting the details right.
Key Responsibilities
- Make introductory outbound calls to warm leads to identify finance needs.
- Take loan applications over the phone and request/collate supporting documents.
- Conduct Veda checks (training provided) and prepare files for broker processing.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide administrative support to brokers and fellow team members.
- Maintain accurate and organised records and data entry in CRM systems.
Skills & Attributes
- Warm, friendly, and confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Accurate data entry skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Experience within the finance or insurance industry desirable, but not essential.
- Training will be provided to the right candidate.
