**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As an Export Documentation Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the completion of the tasks by individual team members within set timeframes for the specific country, ensuring each team members work is monitored and distributed evenly and completed accurately.

Location: Birtinya

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Ensure all team members have been trained and are able to perform the documentation process from start to finish.
- Maximising existing software capabilities to reduce manual processes
- Continuous business improvement of current processes
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure team compliance with relevant rules, regulations and legislative requirements in the workplace
- Ensuring efficient and professional information flows from Export Documentation functions across the site and externally
- Adhering to customer and country documentary requirements
- Enhancing customer service experiences
- Providing the best in class documents in the industry

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or previous experience in export documentation
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team to ensure they perform individually and as a group
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with pragmatic solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and prioritisation
