Hotel Porter Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Porter to provide exceptional service to our guests at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with luggage, deliveries, or room transfers
  • Provide valet parking service for arriving and departing guests (valid license required)
  • Greet late-arriving guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Support the Night Audit and Front Desk teams with guest requests and coordination
  • Monitor the front drive and lobby area for cleanliness and guest needs
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and assist with security checks during overnight hours
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey

What We Need From You:

  • Prior experience in hotel porter, bell service, or front office roles preferred
  • Valid open driver's license (ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles)
  • Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Able to lift heavy luggage and stand/walk for long periods
  • A proactive attitude and ability to remain composed and courteous overnight
  • Availability to work overnight across a 7 day roster
