**About the Role**

Deer Ruby and Heelalujah are growing Australian lifestyle brands known for thoughtfully designed jewellery and wellness products that inspire confidence and celebrate individuality. We’re looking for a creative, highly motivated Content Creator to join our small but dynamic team in Sydney.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong visual eye, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to produce engaging content across a variety of platforms. You’ll help bring our brand voice to life through beautiful, purposeful, and on-brand content that resonates with our community and supports our digital growth.

As a key part of our creative and eCommerce team, you will work across both brands, creating content that is authentic, trend-aware and visually cohesive. You'll be hands-on, flexible, and ready to contribute new ideas while managing the day-to-day content needs of the business. This role is 3 days per week based in our studio / office in Alexandria.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and produce high-quality, engaging content (photo, video, Reels, TikToks, Stories, GIFs) for Deer Ruby and Heelalujah across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, our websites, and EDMs.
- Plan, shoot, and edit content both independently and as part of team projects—from styled product shoots to behind-the-scenes and user-generated style campaigns.
- Assist with the planning and execution of monthly content calendars in line with brand direction, seasonal launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Support product launches by capturing styled flatlays, packaging shots, and lifestyle imagery.
- Organise and prep for shoots (including product, props, styling), and assist on campaign and social shoots when needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and eCommerce Manager to ensure content aligns with overall strategy and brand goals.
- Stay up to date with social trends and platforms to ensure our content remains fresh and culturally relevant.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail and quality across all visual outputs.
- Represent the brands with creativity and professionalism in all content and interactions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A strong creative eye and hands-on experience with photography and videography for digital channels.
- _**Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro or similar editing tools). ????**_
- Experience creating social-first content for Reels and TikTok.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently or collaboratively.
- A passion for beautiful products, branding, and storytelling.
- Experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content is a bonus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
