These are just some of the qualities that we are looking for as a key member of this vibrant and energetic Engagement & Partnerships team with The Australian Ballet School located in Melbourne's Arts precinct, Southbank. As
**Fundraising Coordinator** you will report into and work closely with their Director of Development in a role that will hold end-to-end responsibility for (but not limited to):

- Events - assisting with coordination and execution
- Administration support - research, database maintenance

As a switched on, well organised, ech savvy and personable professional you will ideally bring a solid understanding of best practice fundraising functions, with some experience managing and implementing a range of fundraising activities including all important
**donor engagement** events and opportunities.

Stakeholder management and your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships is your superpower and as such will be essential to the success of this role. Working collaboratively as part of a small and highly effective team, your pragmatic approach and can-do attitude with the ability to think both laterally and strategically will be highly valued as innovation and creativity are at the very core of this team and the greater organisation.
