**Contract Administrator**

BGIS is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator providing contractor compliance and support to the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- First point of call for vendors, interfacing with all internal and external vendors relating to the contract
- Ensuring contractor compliance to their contract terms and conditions
- Monitor, review and track variations to contracts, projects and services
- Preparing and reviewing contract submissions relating to Client activities
- Management and tracking of the High-Value Correctives and reimbursable costs and process
- Support and assist the Account Manager/Facilities Managers/Site Leads on daily tasks as required
- Advising Facilities Managers/Site Leads on variations to the contract, any matters requiring attention and collaboratively implementing their decisions
- Assisting with the management of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative work, reactive work and information currency as required
- Assisting with reactive purchase orders and invoices
- OHS & E training and administration duties are maintained.

**Experience**
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in providing written reports.
- Essential current knowledge in computer software Word, Excel, Outlook (or related program) and Internet access.
- Relevant experience in Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or Services Engineering or Facilities Maintenance Management
- Minimum - High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Relevant formal qualifications such as diploma or certificate equivalent in Administration or Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of contracts and procurement activities
