**Description**:
About the role

Our team offer expert support across a range of legal disputes and financial investigations. They have long been recognised as trusted experts in forensic accounting and litigation support, providing opinion evidence of the highest quality and reliability.

As we continue to grow, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our Brisbane based team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in provide top-tier administrative support to our senior leadership while also playing a crucial role in fostering connections with our valued clients and representing the firm.

Administrative management of client engagements including opening new files issue of engagement letters, preparation of fee agreements
Word-processing, production and collation of outgoing correspondence and reports (including typing, photocopying, scanning, binding) and responding to incoming correspondence for various matters
Coordination of travel arrangements
Preparing fees, fee adjustments, and write-offs
Assist with the induction process for new starters, liaising with IT and practice support
Providing general administration support to Directors and the wider team.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Demonstrated office administration experience (experience within the professional services industry and/or a Chartered Accounting firm will be highly regarded)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and well developed computer literacy
High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
A collaborative approach to teamwork and the ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
A driven individual, who has a genuine desire to help people and a focus on exceeding your personal, as well as the wider teams’ goals.
