As a Business Account Manager at Supercare, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with healthcare providers and facilitating the process of enabling individuals to access their superannuation for medical treatment expenses.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical facilities.
- Educating healthcare partners about our services and the benefits of our offering.
- Collaborating with medical professionals to ensure a seamless process for patients seeking early access of superannuation.
- Identifying potential business opportunities within the healthcare sector and proposing tailored solutions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare partners, addressing enquiries and concerns effectively.

**Qualifications**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience in business development, account management, or related roles.
- Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Understanding of the healthcare landscape, medical procedures, and related financial considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smithfield, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
