**(1)** **BROAD SCOPE**:
Our client is a global ICT company offering a variety of ICT services based on its vast experience and accumulated technological capabilities, as well as its excellent partnerships and human resources all over the world. Our client company has its office based in Parramatta and provides quality and sophisticated logistics service to our value customers using their system.

**(2)** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor and Perform operation, billing related duties and monthly closing
- File pre-Alert and evidence docs and validate
- Run and manage In-transit List (Internal Master File)
- Verify Ship Information
- File customs declaration and transfer
- Monitor the status of shipments (Track and Trace)
- Update tracking information onto the system
- Duty payment verification and customs clearance Monitoring
- Ordering Truck interval and Monitoring plan and actual time
- Booking, monitoring daily deliveries and coordinating with the transport team
- Work closely with the client’s customer service team
- Truck W/H arrival Monitoring / Confirm and Managing GR (Good Receive)
- Validate billing information and update/adjust info on the system
- STO (Stock Transfer Order) / Export shipments Management
- Managing and Monitoring service provider performance (KPI)
- Regular reporting to Operation manger

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree
- Residence Visa or Citizen
- Experience in similar role is 5 years
- Understanding of Australian Customs process
- MS Office Proficiency (Excel/Word/Outlook/PPT)
- Customs experience (desired)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Inbound Operation (Air/Sea): 2 years (preferred)
