**About the Company**

Gain valuable real life experience working as a Contracts Manager for a large NSW government agency on a 12 month contract, ASAP start and flexible working arrangements.

**About the Role**
- Work with the contracts team to revise the contract management framework and related policies, procedures, processes, manuals/guides and relevant documentation, including recommending improvements, changes or enhancements to the contract Management framework.
- Manage the implementation of the CMLS for all contracts following completion of the initial CMLS pilot project.
- Define the set of contract types and related requirements and documentation.
- Facilitate the identification and classification of all contracts / agreements transacted by the City, and plan and manage the process to prepare and upload them into the new CMLS, including data collection, cleansing and documentation.
- Develop a plan to triage existing contracts to ensure compliance.

**About You**
- Experience in Contract Management System (or other system) projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing best practice, effective contract management frameworks, governance, practices and processes and understanding of the complexities and requirements of strategic/high value/high complexity contract management and operation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with proven experience in effective business report and policy writing
- Strong experience in stakeholder and user engagement, facilitation, influencing, change management.
- Experience in policy, procedure and documentation development and review.
