**The Program**

Water for Women is supporting improved health, gender equality and wellbeing in Asian and Pacific communities through socially inclusive and sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) projects and research. Water for Women is the Australian Government’s flagship WASH program and is being delivered as part of Australia's aid program, investing 118.9 million over five years.

**The Engagement**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;
- Demonstrated technical GEDSI or poverty alleviation expertise and experience in development programs (preference given to WASH, WRM, DRR and climate change programs);
- A minimum 5-10 years of international development experience;
- Effective relationship engagement with diverse partners, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with partners and colleagues;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience working in the South Asia, South-East Asia and/or the Pacific islands (desirable).
