We are currently seeking a **Business Support Officer** and a **Support Worker** to provide exceptional support on a full-time term basis.

**For the Business Support Officer role, you will be**:

- Maintaining staff records, preparing reports, minutes and employment contract letters.
- Providing advice on a range of personnel procedures and related issues.
- Assisting with budget and cash flow projections, budget preparation, salary estimates, cash flow and monthly expenditure reports.

**For the Support Worker role, you will be**:

- Handling requests from emotionally distressed clients over the phone and solving issues with appropriate responses.
- Researching and collecting information about parenting programs and activities.
- Participating in regular case discussions with internal stakeholders.

**To be successful in these roles, you will**:

- Be able to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communicational skills.
- Be able to manage a high and varied workload.
- Have the ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate initiative.
- Demonstrate a commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
