**Remuneration**: ASO6 ($98,478 - $104,165 per annum) + 11.5% Superannuation

**Role Details**

The Department for Child Protection is seeking two **Work Health and Safety Partners** to join on a full-time basis.

The roles are responsible for:

- Integrating their WHS expertise into the planning, management, monitoring and operations of the department
- Consulting, educating and providing expert advisory services, as well as high level support to stakeholders by partnering with them to proactively implement strategies that reduce WHS risks
- Addressing complex WHS issues as they arise, whilst facilitating continual WHS improvement, undertaking audits and audit verification and supporting the department to achieve legislative compliance in accordance with relevant Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards and guidelines
- Contributing to the development of DCP specific WHS plans and programs which identify key priority areas, and be responsible for promoting, influencing and implementing new WHS initiatives across the department
- Contributing towards lifting the profile of safety across the department and assisting in the enhancement and promotion of a positive and engaging safety culture.

You will also be able to build very strong professional relationships with the ability to effectively communicate across a wide range of topics with internal and external stakeholders.
