**Role Overview**:
As part of the People & Quality Team you will be an enabler for our people being set up for success to safely and effectively provide great client experience every time.

Reporting to the WHS Manager, this role is responsible for enhancing our safety culture through the provision of effective WHS business partnering to our people across the organisation. Your expertise will also support the achievement of Uniting SA’s WHS & IM objectives.

**What will you be doing?**

You will partner with our organisation to:

- Build effective working relationships by providing valued guidance, advice and support
- Grow the capability of our leaders to fulfil their roles in ensuring a leader led safety culture at all levels across our organisation
- Support and facilitate the delivery of WHS initiatives and resources to ensure our people have the required safety knowledge, skills and experience

**About You**:

You will demonstrate energy and personal style to impact and influence others’ thinking, challenge decisions and at times have challenging conversations to create awareness and traction around safety in the workplace.
