**About the role**:
The successful applicant will be the team leader for the Sacred Heart Ambulatory Rehabilitation Program - (SHARP) in accordance with the current business plan and in collaboration with the coordinator appointed to the SHARP, who will report clinically and operationally to the staff specialist.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
- Must hold a fellowship of the faculty of rehabilitation medicine and current registration with AHPRA
- Hold a current unrestricted drivers licence
- Knowledge of, and relevant clinical experience and expertise in adult rehabilitation with an emphasis on traumatic brain injury and transitional care.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership qualities, with experience in management, supervision and staff support of a community based team.
- Expertise in the management of complex Rehabilitation clients with demonstrated use of evidence based practice in relation to clinical practice
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to lead and work within and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience and expertise in development of learning resources for rehabilitation clients
