This position will provide clinical services, in a senior clinician capacity including outpatient services and inpatient specialist expertise in the management of Clinical Haematology patients with general, malignant and transplant indicated Haematological conditions under your care. Contribute to the operation and management of the SVH Stem Cell laboratory..

**Selection Criteria**
- Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
- Possess, or be eligible for, specialist registration in Clinical Haematology with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation agency (AHPRA).
- Possess Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia or equivalent as per Staff Specialist NSW State Award.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and high standards of clinical practice in Clinical Haematology commensurate to experience which is appropriate to the requirements of the position.
- Experience in publishing high-quality research (basic, translational or clinical research, or informatics) relevant to the development of new knowledge and practices, commensurate with work in an academic teaching hospital environment.
- Ability to build and support teams, embrace change, earn respect, and foster loyalty.
- Ability to provide compassionate care as evidenced by recent experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- A demonstrated commitment to teaching at specialty registrar, junior medical officer and/or undergraduate level.
