- What you offer
- 12+ years of work experience in non-financial risk management supporting equity derivatives trading businesses.
- Previous experience in trading, compliance, and surveillance aligned to trading will also be considered.
- High achievement drive, with strong resilience and tenacity.
- A continuous improvement mindset and comfort in interpreting and balancing commercial issues within a risk framework.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior business and risk colleagues to drive, challenge, and influence, as well as lead conversations regarding anticipated and emerging issues.
