**Description**:
About the Role
Fairview’s Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to develop, implement and analyse online and offline MarComms initiatives, aimed to deliver leads, drive brand awareness and equity, and enable sales team efforts. So, in essence help us to generate revenue and build the business
Joining a dynamic and close team of positive, friendly, and driven individuals, this role acts as a central point between category management, marketing, lead generation and sales to help achieve alignment and deliver best practice in how we talk about and position our products in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the frequent and consistent upload of content to the website including product information, case studies, blog posts and content that aligns with SEO strategy.
- Coordinate the update and development of marketing materials and sales enablement tools including organising print and managing inventory of hardcopies.
- Provide support for the development, execution, and analysis of the annual marketing strategy.
- Participate in the development of content for our range of owned, earned, and paid channels including copywriting, photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Help drive social media strategy and analysis of performance for continual improvement and YOY growth of followers and more importantly, engagement.
- Provide support for event preparation, presentations, and Fairview’s educational program.
This is a hands-on role, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to flex your creative muscles.
You are dynamic, agile, enjoy banter with your peers, have a positive and happy demeanor, hungry to take on new challenges, good at negotiating and even better at forging relationships with your peers/external stakeholders, are forthcoming with your ideas and don’t mind a game of cricket, finska or smacking around a ball on the ping pong table at our team days
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential**:
- Marketing qualifications or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- A can-do, positive attitude
**Desirable**:
- Tertiary Qualification
- B2B Marketing experience
- Experience in the Construction Industry
- Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience in the use of various software programs and tools for example, Analytics, SEO tools, Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, JotForm etc.
- Photography, videography, and video editing skills
