**Job Description**:
As a Brand and Comms Strategic Advisor at We Are Unity you will play a critical role in developing and implementing brand and communication strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with our clients' overall objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and effective brand and communication solutions while ensuring amazing client outcomes.

Your expertise in brand strategy, communication planning, and capability development will contribute to driving best-in-class client outcomes and fostering the growth of the Strategy and Solutions team.
- Document We Are Unity's intellectual property related to brand and communication, including our unique positioning, tools, methodologies, client deliverables, and client case studies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and communication strategies that align with client objectives and target audience insights.
- Collaborate with the Strategy and Solutions team to drive best-in-class client outcomes through effective project delivery and quality assurance.
- Coach and mentor team members within the Strategy and Solutions team to enhance their brand and communication capabilities.
- Lead formal development initiatives, including onboarding and training programs, to enhance the expertise of the team in brand and communication strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor positioning, and audience preferences to inform brand and communication strategies.
- Develop brand architecture, brand positioning, and messaging frameworks to guide clients in effectively communicating their unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate brand strategies into creative concepts and communication assets.
- Conduct brand audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and consistency of clients' brand communications.
- Facilitate workshops and client engagements to gather insights, align stakeholders, and develop a commitment to brand and communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of brand and communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand and communication strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their brand and communication goals.
- Collaborate with the data team to leverage consumer insights and analytics in developing data-driven brand and communication strategies.

**About you**
- Proven experience and expertise in brand strategy and communication planning.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, including brand architecture, brand positioning, and messaging development.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and their role in brand and communication strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to brand and communication challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
