Principal Design Lead

We are seeking a Principal Design lead who has previously led a team of 10+ designers and is able to manage across the full spectrum of design. Someone with the ability to influence and challenge senior leadership within the business to deliver products that will exceed both customer and business expectations. You must be a strong collaborator, excellent communicator and be passionate about solving real-world problems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience, managing a design team of 10+ Designers as well as coaching and mentoring designers
- Ability to influence and challenge senior leadership
- Have a good understanding of the company's vision to create a strategy and deliver products that meet both customer and business needs
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management as you will be presenting to the wider business and be the voice of the customer
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with high-performing Design, Engineering and Product teams
- Experience working across multiple platforms including mobile and web
- Fintech experience is desired, yet not essential.
