**The Role**

As part of a Asian market team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing online research projects (surveys) while creating and developing relationships with customers. The position plays a critical role for the organisation as the primary client contact. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through enabling project delivery for new clients, supporting client growth strategies, troubleshooting client concerns, and assisting in upsell opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the platform to execute sampling strategies for concurrent research projects while meeting customer expectations and budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications, and provide status updates as needed to continuously move forward in the service delivery process.
- Work with customers to understand project needs, recommend optimal solutions, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver.
- Ensure high levels of customer service are provided to our customers.
- Develop a full understanding of the company, the market research industry, and how Fulcrum technology can solve challenges.
- Compile and extract data from various sources to draw conclusions that are presented to internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with the account team, business development and resource management teams as necessary to achieve team goals.
- Identify strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Degree in Commerce, Research, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or related degree.
- Must speak Japanese at a high or native level, with additional Chinese or Korean speaking ability seen as favourable.
- Degree qualified with 6-12 months experience in, Digital Marketing, business analytics, customer success, or market research.
- Experience with Excel, SPSS file format, and Tableau and SQL would be an advantageous
- You have a proven track record in working with clients, you are articulate with a great sense of urgency and an amazing attitude, where clients have recognised your ability to follow up and provide quality work.
- You have an articulate phone manner, strong analytical skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- You're ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment
