Your Role:
Turn moving parts into momentum. If you get a quiet thrill from tidy action logs, crisp dashboards and workshops that actually land, you’ll feel right at home here. As our Project Analyst, you’ll be the glue between ideas and execution - coordinating, analysing and communicating so teams can deliver with confidence.

You’ll orchestrate schedules, meetings, workshops and reporting rhythms; keep documentation immaculate across action logs, risk registers and issue trackers; prepare project dashboards, reports and presentations; track timelines, spot risks early and escalate with context; support resourcing and project communications, assist with budget tracking, procurement and vendor management
Turn insight into action. You’ll elicit and document business requirements through interviews and workshops; map processes and analyse data to surface opportunities and inform decisions; craft functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria that guide delivery; support testing and UAT - from defect triage to final validation; facilitate workshops and capture outcomes that shape solution design and partner with technical team to align business needs with system capability.

- Experience in project coordination or PMO support within a corporate or technology environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project, JIRA, Excel or similar tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Desirable
