**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset with demonstrated leadership experience. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate and influence a range of stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive outcomes. You will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record in developing and fostering a team culture and enhancing the leadership skills of your team consistent with our Ramsay Way values.

**_ Essential:_**
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Previous leadership experience
- 5 years post-graduate nursing experience & minimum 2-year experience as a NUM or higher in an acute care facility
- Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a clinical services team providing strategic direction and positive leadership.
- Proven workforce analysis and policy development skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary clinical risk management strategies that are effective in promoting and ensuring high quality patient care
- Awareness of the relevant legislative requirements and governing body reporting responsibilities of hospital/clinical services departments
- Proficient computer skills using the MS Office suite.

**_Desirable, but not essential:_**
- Post-graduate management qualifications

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19** a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
