**WHS Coordinator**:

Assist the State WHS Manager to monitor compliance in respect of targets and objectives via the implementation of the WHS plan, incident trend, WHS issues, audit conformances and relevant internal and external requirements.

You will need to upskill and provide practical assistance to frontline managers/HSRs/committee members in the implementation of the WHS management system, resolve WHS issues and review risk control measures in the workplace.

Operating 2,200 pathology collection centres and 102 laboratories, 145 Imaging sites and 15 Day Hospitals, Healius employs close to 12,000 people across Australia.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience in WHS Management in a self-insurance environment
- Excellent people skills in relationship building to work with key stakeholders
- A sound understanding of the statutory and self-insurance licensing requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS Management are highly regarded but not necessary
