We are seeking highly motivated and versatile individuals to take on a hybrid role, blending the responsibilities of an F&I Consultant, Service Advisor, Delivery Coordinator, and Sales Consultant for our brand new car dealership located in Hoppers Crossing.

In this multifaceted position, you will play a key role in generating revenue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth coordination across both sales, service and delivery departments. Your ability to multitask, engage with customers and meet performance goals will be crucial to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for customers from the initial vehicle purchase through service visits and vehicle delivery.
- Work collaboratively with various departments (sales, service and finance) to achieve company goals and drive business growth.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, providing solutions that support satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business.
- Manage the front counter, serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Oversee the coordination of vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth handover process for the customer.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring all service-related needs are met efficiently.
- Focus on customer retention by delivering exceptional service and maintaining positive relationships throughout the customer journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or service roles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers at every touchpoint.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs while providing outstanding service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work without extensive management oversight.
